Science Literacy & Breast Cancer Clinical Trials Education

Ideal clinical trials include diverse populations so that medical advances can be effectively tested and put into clinical practice. Unfortunately, minority participation is low, resulting in limitations to cutting-edge treatments. Georgia Sadler and Natasha Riley are working together to develop an internet tool to enable African American and Hispanic American women  to learn about breast cancer clinical trials and the importance of participation.
